Tired of of all the hate Mariangela seems to keep getting from "die-hard" Vibeke fans. Hell, I loved Vibeke and still think of her as one of the greatest female metal singers. But really? Come on Mariangela has yet to put out her first cd with Tristania and she stll gets hated on simply cause her voice isn't like Vibeke's or because she doesn't have want it takes to be Vibeke. I just wish think people need to wake up and see that they are right Mariangela isn't Vibeke. She is Mariangela 'Mary' Demurtas. Its stupid. Does anyone agree with me?

I agree 100%! I've had fight with people over this! I'm a die-hard Vibeke fan yet I fully support Mary. Not only is Mary talented but she's a lovely person to and she's answered to everyone one of my mails.

So she's not Vibeke, so she's different. Who cares?

I think that is exactly why the band picked Mary as the new singer, she is radically different from Vibeke. Anyway, I agree... Eventhough I will always prefer Vibeke, that doesn't mean Mary isn't a talented vocalist and I think she deserves more respect.
